Return
At Ravora, we carefully inspect and quality-check every item before dispatch. As a result, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or broken item, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more
than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact
